Customer chooses the vehicle maintenance plan that best suits their needs.
Whether purchased alone or in conjunction with another plan, our maintenance plan allows the customer to pay upfront for regular maintenance services at today’s prices.

Plans
Basic
Available at multiple interval options.
- Lube, oil & filter change*.
- Tire rotation.
- Multi-point inspection.
Value
In addition to all of the items covered under the Basic plan, the customer will also receive:
- Cabin air filter replacement every 15,000 miles.
- Engine air filter replacement every 15,000 miles*.
- Front and rear wiper blade replacement every 12 months.
Premium
In addition to all of the items covered under the Value plan, the customer will also receive:
- Wheel balance every 15,000 miles.
- Wheel alignment every 15,000 miles.
- Front brake pad replacement one time during the term of the contract for terms of 36 months or greater.
*Gas or gas-electric engine only.
Additional Benefit
Substitute Transportation
Customer will be reimbursed up to $35 per day, for a maximum of 5 days per occurrence, for expenses incurred to rent a substitute vehicle from a licensed rental car agency; or for public or private commercial transportation while the vehicle is undergoing a covered service. This also applies if the vehicle requires repairs due to any manufacturer defects that are covered by the vehicle manufacturer’s original equipment limited warranty that is performed by the repair facility. The customer must make their own arrangements for substitute transportation.
